- Project Manager - 2 positions (code: PM01 - 1 positions and code: PM02 - 1 position)
- Financial Expert – 2 positions (code: FE01 - 1 position and code: FE02 - 1 position)
This is an exciting opportunity to join an international team working in the field of territorial and regional development.

JTS ensures and is responsible for the fulfilment of the tasks delegated by the Managing Authority (MA) for implementing the Programme;The Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) cooperates with the Cross-border Cooperation Directorate within the Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism and with the Managing Authority and National Authority.

Notification regarding the suspension of the second stage of the recruitment process to be held on 27.10.2010
Taking into account:
The disposition no. 310/27.10.2010 issued by the Executive Director of the CBC ROC for the Romanian - Bulgarian border;
The certificate from 25.10.2010, regarding the dossier no. 4532/116/2010, issued by the Calarasi Court;
Article 9, paragraph 3 and article 12, paragraph 3, of the “Rules for organizing and development of the recruitment process and the final competition that should be held at the headquarters of the Joint Technical Secretariat for the Cross-Border Cooperation Romania-Bulgaria 2007-2013 Programme”.
We wish to inform you that the second stage of the recruitment process will be suspended until the clarification of the litigant situation issued by Mr. Peter-Robert Hodel.
As soon as the litigation will be solved by the competent court, you will receive further information about the continuance of the recruitment process.
